average stay, some issues noted
broken air conditioning hygiene concerns
the location suited my needs for excel access, it was a brief walk.
The room was too warm. The air conditioning did not function. i requested a fan, it took two hours to arrive after multiple requests. This was unacceptable. also, i found breakfast disappointing, the orange juice had flies. This raised serious hygiene concerns.

Really good service and convenient location!
cute team modern rooms
I appreciated the cute team. Access to the Elizabeth line was a HUGE bonus. Tanzid and team ensured my stay was extra special. I also found the rooms clean and modern.

decent stay with some minor issues
tea machine coffee machine big tv comfortable bed missing washbasin limited light stained carpet
the room had a tea and coffee machine. it also featured a big tv. the bed was very comfortable. secure access to the rooms via the lifts was available.
the toilet lacked a wash basin , this made hand washing inconvenient. the room had little natural light , so it felt dark. the carpet had red stains , which detracted from the room's appearance.

excel visit goes smooth
close location easy conference clean room comfortable bed
this place sits close to the dlr. the location worked for me. it's about five minutes to the excel center, so my conference was really easy to get to. the room was clean and i found the bed comfortable.
the gym equipment looks used. some of the treadmills had error messages. the weight machines need some oiling.

breakfast provides many options. i noticed a large selection of hot dishes. there were pastries and cereal too. staff kept the area clean and stocked.

the standard room had a queen bed. it included a small desk and chair. i appreciate the tea and coffee facilities. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily .

check-in went quick. staff were available to answer questions. they helped me store my luggage after i checked out. i feel the service was effective and friendly.

The breakfast offered a good amount of food. The room featured a novelty glass divider between the bathroom and the bedroom. The room maintained a good standard of cleanliness.
